Anglo-

Anglo-
Anglo-
People in Scotland and Wales understandably view this combining form (as in Anglo-French, Anglo-Irish, etc.) with some distaste, but it continues to be used as the standard term. The alternative term Brito- has not acquired any general currency, and is restricted to certain special cases, e.g. Brito-Arctic (relating to British territory in the Arctic) and Britocentric and related words.
